Continuous improvement of your products and processes is a key issue for a comprehensive quality management. You need the right instrument in order to track down potential improvements, use them consistently to optimize your processes and reliably implement all quality-related tasks. 

Transparent and Centrally Managed

When processing complaints, for audits and in many other areas, the planning and implementing of appropriate actions are required for continuous improvement. In BabtecQ, you document these actions directly within each respective case. The processing by authorized employees is done either via the central Action Management, by intranet or via mobile devices in the cloud. The current processing statuses can be viewed at any time in the context of the underlying case.

Action Management monitors initiated measures in terms of their effectiveness and thus fulfills the requirements of the current standards. Whether immediate actions that have been carried out, permanent corrective actions or preventive actions: Your accumulated knowledge is always available in a central location.

For the detailed planning of your actions, any number of tasks, including clear responsibilities and deadlines, can be defined. In addition, use tasks to reliably delegate additional quality-related tasks to your employees – of course, here as well in the context of the quality case. This is made possible by BabtecQ’s central Task Management. This tool, which is also integrated into many modules, reliably forwards your tasks to the employees in charge of processing and monitors that the specified deadlines are met. 

All Tasks and Actions at a Glance

Both the employees in charge as well as the creators are always notified of the current status of their tasks and actions by means of to-do lists, status overviews and automatic due date warnings (e.g., also by E-mail). Tasks or actions can be easily supplemented with accompanying documents (e.g., by drag & drop). Also use the powerful statistics to verify the effectiveness of the implemented actions by means of key figures, e.g., the costs per action.

Involve all necessary employees via the intranet. In the company-wide information portal Q.Manager, both actions as well as tasks can be processed without direct access to the BabtecQ system – very easily by browser.
