The Babtec Q.Reporter enables suppliers and customers to process complaints digitally and exchange them without media disruption. The supplier does not need a license for the QM system used by the customer.

And this is how it works: At the same time as the complaint is reported, the 8D report is also made available via e-mail as a digital form from the BabtecQ system. In this form, the supplier directly writes the required opinion on the reported problem and sends it back by email. The customer automatically takes over the supplier's information into his IT system - a valuable advantage given the large number of complaint data to be exchanged every month.

The paperless exchange of information with a direct answer option ensures fast, structured and error-free processing of supplier information, thus saving time and money. This enables better communication between supplier and customer and greatly shortens the processing time for complaints.

We would like to inform your that we are discontinuing further developments of the Q.Reporter with immediate effect as well as the support as of November 2022. You can of course continue to use the software with all its functions for an unlimited period of time. In the course of the product discontinuation, the download of the Q.Reporter will no longer be possible from June 2020. If you want to continue using the software, please download the installation file again as a backup copy.
