Q.Focus: Incoming Goods Inspection

In this webcast, our presales specialists Lars van Straelen and Daniel von Sondern show you the incoming goods inspection module as well as its connection to other modules within the BabtecQ software.

The Babtec experts create an exemplary inspection plan, import characteristics from CAD integration and create live images with a connected camera. Via the layout and the report designer, it is demonstrated how input masks and reports can be individualized according to user requirements. In addition, Lars van Straelen and Daniel von Sondern simulate a goods receipt where the previously created inspection plan is applied. The lean mask for the shop floor level is also presented here, where the inspectors can view the inspection orders assigned to them and carry out the measurements via gauge connection. The advantages of integration within the BabtecQ software are also discussed, using concrete examples of the unimpeded flow of data between the various modules, as well as the possibilities of connecting the software to existing ERP systems.
