Q.Focus: How to Manage Qualifications and Trainings

In the Q.Focus webcast, our QM specialists take a close look at the qualification and training management required by ISO 9001. Lars van Straelen and Daniel von Sondern will guide you with the help of concrete practical examples through the corresponding modules of the software BabtecQ.

The experts for the BabtecQ software start with you in the qualification matrix, in which the qualifications required in the company are recorded on one axis and all employees on the other. At a glance, colored traffic light markings make it clear where action is required with regard to the competence status of employees. The basis for this transparent qualification matrix are qualification profiles in which all qualifications required for a specific role (e.g. job, department or similar) are defined. The training management module is directly docked to the qualifications matrix, which enables our users to plan appropriate training immediately if they identify a need for action in the matrix – without having to change the module first. The video provides you with a lot more information on creating, managing and certifying training courses, plus practical features and expert tips.
