In the third part of the series, the Babtec experts process the complaint resulting from part 2. Here in particular, the close connection between the various modules becomes clear. Before the complaint is sent to the supplier, the defect is documented with a picture and highlighted with the integrated drawing tools. The complaint is made directly available to the supplier via the cloud-based BabtecQube. On the platform, the supplier can process the complaint in the browser free of charge and without the need for his own BabtecQ system. Daniel von Sondern simulates the supplier's complaint processing and immediately creates the necessary action including the document. Lars van Straelen demonstrates the possibilities of integrated action management with BabtecQ and the browser-based Q.Manager.
