With our ticket system in Babtec Qube (registration) you can submit a query and track in which processing stage it currently is at any given time. It is entirely up to you: if you are dissatisfied with the solution, you simply do not close the ticket and it will go back to Support. Thus you always remain flexible and have the successful conclusion of the query in your own hands. Afterwards, an evaluation function also gives you the opportunity to give feedback on your satisfaction.

The online help in the software provides comprehensive documentation about the software's functional modules along with a keyword search function.
In addition to the telephone hotline, your Support team can also be reached online at prearranged times. This provides you with remote administration and support efficiently and directly, at your workplace, over the Internet.
For online support via remote access we use the remote maintenance tool TeamViewer. Click the symbol to start an online support session. You will have to confirm your request for a session once more before its start.
This service is free of charge for customers with a maintenance contract.
If you have more complex maintenance or upgrade issues, we can also provide personal, on-site support. Our specialists will be happy to help on request.
As a Babtec customer you will be able to take advantage of our regular software updates. If you have a valid maintenance contract, you will receive these software updates free of charge. You will receive information about the new and changed functionality in each current release. Simply arrange your update installation date directly with your project manager.
