Quality Arises from Networking
In quality-related processes, communication plays an essential role. But what is good and effective communication? Communication is, in most cases, not a regulated process: it is personal, individual, often non-transparent and not measurable for third parties. Especially for quality-related occasions, however, communication requires meaningful, structured and comprehensible documentation right from the start, which is then available for all participants at any place and time.
Businesses are increasingly dependent on a smooth collaboration with business partners to achieve their quality goals. With the new Babtec service Qube.SPOT, you get the opportunity to improve internal and cross-company cooperations. Use Spots to exchange and discuss on relevant quality issues with your colleagues or business partners. Furthermore, it is possible to initiate concrete tasks or corrective measures to control and enhance workflows or processes. The joint processing can take place between employees or across company boundaries, for example with suppliers or customers - depending on which group of participants you define.
The creation and editing of the Spot are very easy, since the Qube.SPOT is based on private communication methods - comparable to instant messaging services. All users that are involved are enabled to post and exchange news, photos and documents on a topic or process. All contents posted by the participants are stored chronologically and in their entirety in a timeline and are available all the time and everywhere.
The Qube.SPOT applies where other Quality Management tools are not yet in use. For example, long before a complaint is submitted, quality issues can be efficiently addressed. The service is now available free of charge for up to 5 users per company account. Become part of the network and work with your business partners on quality.
