We continue to provide you with professional and expert care after the Babtec software has been installed and put into operation.

Updates

Within our product and new development program, we provide our maintenance plan customers at regular intervals with a new release version. Corresponding information about modified and new functions is made available when the new version is released. You can then simply arrange an appointment with your project manager for installing the update.

Our support managers will be happy to receive your call (or your e-mail) on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET.

Online support

You can also use the option for online maintenance BabtecCAQ offers. With this tool support managers can directly access, troubleshoot and update your system.

Online user guide

Babtec CAQ's electronic user guide enables you to quickly find information about software functions by yourself.

On-site service

We will be pleased to advise you personally about maintaining or extending the software. We have fast response times which means that our qualified staff can quickly attend to your needs.
