Customers can count on us: We care about your questions and issues. Our customer care will be happy to receive your call on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET. Of course, short response times are most important here.
The 1st Level Support Managers are your first points of contact. They will support you in finding solutions to your near-term questions. Complex problems will be solved by our 2nd Level Support Managers – specialists who will devise solutions and workarounds for you. Furthermore our product management will include long-term solutions benefiting all Babtec CAQ users into the standard software.
