Quality Assurance
The goal is to put into practise the measures defined in the planned quality processes to assure the quality of the products concerned. A critical element of these activities are the planned test processes.
Babtec CAQ provides you with proven solutions for achieving the following goals:

At the same time, important requirements need to be met to enable the quality of products to be reliably monitored by testing. It must be guaranteed that capable gauges and test systems are made available, just as much as implemented and functioning control cycles which are to be applied when discrepancies arise. Part Approval Process/PPAP/PPF with Babtec EM
Babtec EM provides you with an extensive and practically oriented tool for the effective execution and administration of your approval procedures. In the process, it supports the requirements of the AIAG (PPAP) and VDA 2 guidelines (PPF).
In-production Inspection/SPC with Babtec FP
Babtec FP takes on the quality assurance for all production types, from individual production up to the classic large series productions. You can monitor your product quality and control your production processes based on lot inspections, inspection charts or the statistical process control (SPC).
Gage Capability Test with Babtec PMFU
In addition to the convenient gage management that Babtec CAQ offers, the gage capability test (PMFU) provides proof for a gage or inspection system that it is suitable under real operating conditions for a specific measurement task with predefined tolerance.
