With Q.Agent, you design your working environment yourself: the complex processes of your QM system can be automated according to your individual requirements. Use the extensive communication functions of Babtec Q.Agent to ensure a continuous information flow in your company. Integrated e-mail and SMS functions, for example, support your escalation management and ensure that employees in charge are always being informed about the operations in your CAQ system.
The reporting functions of Babtec Q.Agent support you with detailed reports in your professional controlling and reporting system. Use reports that were generated according to your requirements and send clearly arranged information and performance indicators to your employees and the management – in an event-controlled fashion or automatically after a permanently defined schedule.
Events that occur in Babtec CAQ can be used via the Q.Agent for the control of external machines and equipment used in quality assurance. The monitoring of a predefined inspection frequency is visualized, e.g. via a signal lamp directly at the inspection station.
Each module of Babtec CAQ can be supplemented with a specific agent. The use of configuration parameters allows adapting the tasks which the Q.Agent should handle for you to your company-specific requirements.
