Use the dynamic control plan of Babtec CAQ to schedule and document all the activities for the process and inspection steps of your complex products, processes and technologies in the context of advance quality planning.

Benefit from the extensive integration of Babtec CAQ modules: generate a control plan with the click of a button from the existing information, which has already been entered on a project basis in the context of FMEA (Babtec FMEA). This allows all inspection-relevant product and process characteristics to be directly available in the control plans. The FMEA and control plan use the same data basis so that no elaborate and failure-prone data comparison is required between documents. In addition, use the control plans to generate inspection plans from them for the operative process of quality inspections in incoming goods, during production and in outgoing goods (Babtec WE/WA/LM, Babtec FP). Control plan and inspection plans are linked with each other, all jointly used data are entered only once.

If changes were made to a control plan or inspection plan, the integrated warning system of Babtec CAQ becomes active: for each linked document, a task is automatically generated to check it for the adoption of changes made. All changes are being visualized in a version comparison. An extensive review of several document versions is not necessary.
