CAD import: New file format options

Users of the test planning and initial sample test modules now profit from a new BabtecCADI feature. By giving you the ability to stamp CAD drawings, Babtec’s CAD import tool allows you to unequivocally assign test characteristics to their corresponding drawing sizes. Now you can also stamp drawings available as PDF and graphics files. Supported graphics formats encompass BMP, PNG, JPG, GIF und TIF.

With the release of BabtecCAQ 2009 Service Pack 3 on 9 October 2009, the new infra-CONVERT version 11.1.0 has been approved. Of course you can still as usual stamp drawings in the DXF, DWG and IGES exchange formats. In order to ensure documentation, BabtecCAQ will save your stamped drawings from initial sample tests or from test planning.
